Creative Greensboro is presenting the following operational guidelines for the Greensboro Cultural Center and
its Partner organizations. Triad Ukulele has agreed to abide by all of the following measures at each meeting. Please be sure to ask if you have any questions or concerns about the safety rules.

Face Coverings:
- All staff, visitors, and program participants will be required to wear a face covering at all times while in the building.
- Triad Ukulele will have a supply of face coverings on hand to be made available as needed, to our attendees.
Signage:
- Triad Ukulele will display ample and visible signage that confirms the face covering requirement, encourages social distancing, and promotes healthy hygiene and cleanliness practices.
Hand sanitizer:
- Hand sanitizer (of least 60% alcohol content) must be made publicly available at the entrance/exit to the partner space.
- Triad Ukulele will have appropriate cleaning and disinfecting supplies on hand in leased space.
- Triad Ukulele will plan to clean/disinfect frequently touched surfaces after each programmed use.
Shared Equipment:
- Triad Ukulele will eliminate or substantially limit the sharing of any program equipment or supplies by participants (for example, each attendee will have access to their own music stand and remain 6 feet apart during the session).
Social Distancing:
- Triad Ukulele will ensure through physical spacing of tables/chairs/equipment and program designs that participants can maintain 6’ of social distance at all times while engaging with the work of your organization.
- Program activities must not permit or allow for physical contact between participants.
Symptoms Screening:
- Triad Ukulele will utilize a symptom screening process for participants.
Contact Tracing
- Triad Ukulele will maintain comprehensive contact information via our registration system for all individuals participating in order to appropriately conduct/assist with contact tracing in the instance of a positive Covid-19 case.
Active Symptoms Management:
- Triad Ukulele will request that any participant who exhibits symptoms of Covid-19 should exit the Cultural Center facility immediately.
- Triad Ukulele will notify Creative Greensboro about ANY potential exposure or positive Covid-19 case immediately after isolation has been initiated.
Space Capacity Limits:
- Space is to be utilized by program participants and staff only. Audience(s) are not permitted.
- Capacity for Room #109 is currently (as of March, 2021) 12 people. If you have questions about this, feel free to ask if anything has changed.
