Founded in Fall of 2018 by David Hill, and with the support of enthusiastic beginners Triad Ukulele has become an active social club dedicated to the celebration and promotion of the ukulele in the Piedmont Triad Area. Triad Ukulele's jams are free to remove any barriers to our members, and we encourage all players regardless of experience level to join us. To help offset costs of space rental, we do ask for a small donation if you can to help -- but it is completely voluntary and not a requirement!
We encourage our members to volunteer to lead one of our monthly jams -- it's fun, gives our members a chance to share their own musical "voice", and allows us to try lots of different music! Our only request is to keep the music relatively easy for beginner players (as we usually have lots of new players at our jams). Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Triad Ukulele has volunteer opportunities if you'd like to get more involved. A newly formed performer group is available if you are interested in performance opportunities, and we have board and leadership positions that are available if you'd like to help lead the future of our organization. As a non-profit organization, our focus is education and promotion of a fun and family friendly instrument!
Our future goals include regular public jams, community singalongs, and a regional ukulele festival.
